Prepare ET1 particulars for a workplace discrimination claim — direct or indirect discrimination, harassment, or victimisation linked to a protected characteristic. No qualifying period of employment is required.
What you'll need
- ✓The protected characteristic involved (age, disability, race, sex…)
- ✓What happened, when, and who was involved
- ✓How others were treated differently (comparators), if known
- ✓Your ACAS Early Conciliation certificate number
Time limit: Normally 3 months less one day from the act complained of (or the end of a continuing course of conduct).
