Discrimination claim

What you'll need

  • ✓The protected characteristic involved (age, disability, race, sex…)

  • ✓How others were treated differently (comparators), if known
  • ✓Your ACAS Early Conciliation certificate number

Time limit: Normally 3 months less one day from the act complained of (or the end of a continuing course of conduct).
