About CaseCraft
CaseCraft is a legal technology company building employment litigation drafting tools for plaintiff-side attorneys.
We focus on one problem: the time gap between structured client intake and a first draft that an attorney can actually review and use. The FLSA intake-to-complaint workflow is repetitive, time-consuming, and not well-served by generic AI tools — which produce polished text with no traceable source and no built-in attorney review step.
CaseCraft generates first drafts where every factual allegation is source-linked to the intake answer it came from. Attorney review is required before any draft is used. Legal citations are locked to attorney-reviewed templates — they are not generated by AI.
What we are not
CaseCraft is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client relationships to any party. Our tools are designed exclusively for use by licensed attorneys. Every document generated by CaseCraft requires attorney review, editing, and approval before any use.
We are not a legal document preparation service for consumers. We do not advise individuals on their legal rights, claims, remedies, or litigation strategy.
Current status
CaseCraft is currently in private beta, piloting with plaintiff-side employment law firms across the United States. We are accepting a limited number of pilot applications from qualified U.S. plaintiff-side employment firms.
The pilot program focuses on the FLSA / unpaid wages complaint workflow. Firms send us a sample template; we convert it into a structured intake-to-draft workflow and the attorney tests it with fictional facts. No charge. No commitment during the pilot period.
Longer term, CaseCraft should expand by validated workflows: federal employment first, then state-specific template packs and attorney-only patent support after validation.
