Turn FLSA intake into a reviewable first draft.
CaseCraft helps plaintiff-side employment firms move from structured facts to source-linked DOCX drafts. Your template, your review, your final judgment.
Free founding pilot for qualified U.S. plaintiff-side employment law firms. Not a law firm. Not legal advice. Attorney review required before any use.
Your intake is done. The first draft shouldn't take 3 hours.
You've collected the facts. Now someone has to turn intake notes into a structured complaint — organizing dates, pay rates, and factual allegations by hand. Again.
Generic AI produces polished text with no traceable source.
You can't audit what it assumed. You can't tell which paragraph came from which answer. The liability review falls entirely on you.
The same template. Every case.
The same FLSA causes of action, the same prayer for relief, the same jurisdiction language. Each time assembled by hand from scratch.
Built for attorney-supervised drafting
Every design decision preserves attorney control. CaseCraft accelerates first drafts — it does not replace legal judgment.
Attorney-Controlled Templates
Upload your firm's existing FLSA complaint template. We convert it into a structured intake workflow. Your language, your format, your style.
Source-Linked Allegations
Every factual paragraph is tagged to the intake answer it came from. Review by fact, not by paragraph — so you know exactly what to verify.
Editable DOCX Output
Download a Word document. Edit in your preferred tool. Attorney review and approval required before any use.
Intake to first draft in three steps
The workflow is designed so the attorney reviews and approves before anything leaves the system.
Structured Intake
Attorney or paralegal completes a guided fact intake — employer name, job title, pay rate, hours worked, FLSA violations, damages. Takes 10–15 minutes.
Source-Linked Draft
CaseCraft generates a first draft where each factual allegation is tagged to the intake answer it came from. No black box — every sentence has a source.
Attorney Review & Export
Download the DOCX. Review, edit, and finalize in Word. You own every word before it goes anywhere. Filing, strategy, and all legal judgments remain with you.
What always stays with the attorney
CaseCraft generates structured first drafts from facts you provide. Everything requiring legal judgment remains yours.
- Case strategy and claim selection

Questions attorneys ask first
Does CaseCraft provide legal advice?+
No. CaseCraft is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All generated drafts require attorney review, editing, and approval before any use. The attorney is responsible for all legal judgments, filings, and communications with clients.
Who owns the final draft?+
You do. CaseCraft generates a first draft from intake facts. The final document — its legal sufficiency, accuracy, and use — is entirely your responsibility as the attorney of record.
Is client data used for model training?+
No. Client intake data is never used to train any model. Drafts are generated on demand and not retained beyond 30 days. You can request deletion at any time.
Can we use our own complaint template?+
Yes — that's the point. Pilot firms send us a sample or redacted version of their existing template. We convert it into a structured intake-to-draft workflow using your language and format.
What practice areas does the pilot cover?+
The current pilot focuses on FLSA / unpaid wages complaints and demand letters. Title VII and wrongful termination workflows are available in limited pilot slots.
Can firms outside the initial validation workflows use CaseCraft?+
Yes. CaseCraft can support U.S. law firms as attorney-supervised drafting infrastructure. The founding pilot is open to qualified U.S. plaintiff-side employment law firms. Federal workflows can be adapted for firms nationwide using attorney-approved templates, while state-law workflows require jurisdiction-specific template packs.
Read the guides before you request a pilot.
The guides show the actual workflows CaseCraft is built around: federal overtime, discrimination, and state wrongful-termination claims with attorney review and source-linked drafting.
Join the pilot program.
We are working directly with a small number of qualified U.S. plaintiff-side employment law firms to refine the FLSA workflow. Send us your template — we convert it and you test it. No charge. No commitment.
